Enabling tech-level scale in an ops-heavy business
Led internal tooling set-ups across business, engineering, data, and product teams. Built integrations, user interfaces, and process automations. Managed low-code to full-code transitions with engineering teams. Leveraged first generative AI endpoints for document parsing and text contextualization, taking successful PoCs into live processes. Supported hiring and onboarding for the automation team.
Tools for Humanity
Building a tooling team from scratch
Built an internal tooling system covering all operational and some technical parts of the business. Hired and grew the development team, guided them to take full ownership of sub-systems. Delivered a fully automated process integrations into a custom internal operating system and built complex custom apps.
